- Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the process and cover the return shipping costs for damaged products.
2. Exchanges
- Exchanges for Size: If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we will offer exchanges on the same product (subject to availability).
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when exchanging items for a different size.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us at Unitewear.cl@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
3. Try On When the Courier is Present
To avoid any delays in your return or exchange process, we highly recommend trying on the product while the courier is present to ensure the fit and condition of your item. This will help eliminate any concerns and ensure faster processing.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- We do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged upon delivery.
- Sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless damaged.
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions or exchange details.
